Patient communications — email, SMS & WhatsApp in one place

Reminders, updates and patient messages leave Levion through one unified outbox — for every channel. And above it all stands one simple rule: without a patient's recorded consent, the system simply won't send. Not "shouldn't" — won't.

What you get in Levion communications

Why is recorded consent more than a checkbox?

Because with medical information, "the patient probably doesn't mind" is not a standard. In Levion, consent is part of the mechanism itself: each patient's consent is stored with the exact version of the text they agreed to, and the system checks it before every send, on every channel. That protects patients — and it protects the clinic: when someone asks "on what basis did you send this?", the answer is on record.

How are the SMS and WhatsApp channels activated?

Levion connects to SMS via the 019 provider and to WhatsApp Business via Meta. These channels are activated during each clinic's onboarding, subject to provider verification — sender-name verification at 019 and WhatsApp Business account approval with Meta. We walk you through the process, so your clinic goes live with approved, working channels.

Conversations, not just sending

See it in action: every conversation, one inbox

55 seconds from inside the system: WhatsApp, SMS, email and the app — one screen, with the patient's record beside every chat
Video transcript

Patients write from everywhere — WhatsApp, a text, an email, the app — and every message lands somewhere else. Levion Clinic Plus brings them all into one inbox — every channel, every patient, one screen. Reply right where they wrote you — each channel keeps its own history, side by side. While you type, the patient is right there — their last visit, their next appointment, always in view. Their files live here too — a lab report, a panoramic x-ray — one hover away. When a chat isn't enough — call the patient, or book the next visit, right from the thread. Levion Clinic Plus. Every patient conversation, one place.

Patient communications FAQ

Which communication channels are supported?

Email, SMS (via the 019 provider) and WhatsApp Business (via Meta) — all through a unified outbox with approved templates. SMS and WhatsApp channels are finalized during each clinic's onboarding, subject to provider verification.

Do patients have to consent to messages?

Yes — and it's built in. Every message goes only to a patient with recorded consent and a stored consent version. Without consent, the system simply won't send.

Is the AI assistant mandatory?

No. It is a fully optional capability — a clinic that opts in offers patients instant answers to common questions 24/7, and a clinic that doesn't simply works without it.

Can we word any message freely?

Sending happens from pre-approved message templates — wording stays consistent and professional, and the clinic never risks improvised phrasing around sensitive information.
