How do the reports protect patient privacy?
By being incapable of exposing an individual patient. Every metric in Levion is aggregate-only, and on top of that a minimum group-size guard applies: when a data group is too small — small enough that a specific person could be inferred from it — the system does not display it. This protection lives in the data layer itself, not in the interface, so it holds for every report and every KPI — including the ones you build yourself in the generator.
Where does the report data come from?
Directly from the clinic's day-to-day work. Every appointment booked, every visit completed and every payment recorded feeds the metrics automatically — there is no "enter data for the report" step and no spreadsheet to keep updated. The result: a picture that reflects the clinic as it actually is, not as it looked the last time someone found a moment to update a table.
