The Levion roadmap
We keep one simple rule: we only market what is built and working. Everything on this page is not yet available — and we say so plainly. Levion is in its first pilot wave, and that is exactly the advantage: clinics joining now don't get a finished, take-it-or-leave-it product — they directly shape what gets built first.
Last updated: 2026-08-11
This page is updated as development progresses. You won't find target dates here — not because there is no plan, but because we release a capability only when it passes our quality and security gates, not when a marketing calendar demands it.
In development now
SMS & WhatsApp activation for clinics
The messaging infrastructure is already built into the platform. The current step is sender verification with the providers — so every clinic sends from its own verified identity, not from an anonymous number.
Reminder automation
Scheduling rules on top of the existing message engine: the clinic defines when and how appointment reminders go out — and the system sends them on its own. Fewer no-shows, no manual work for staff.
Patient chat in the app
A separate chat channel per clinic inside the patient app — a patient connected to several clinics messages each one separately, with no information mixing between them.
Patient documents in the app
Viewing files and uploading documents straight from the app — referrals, forms and test results reach the clinic without emails or screenshots.
Planned
One conversation inbox per clinic
All correspondence — WhatsApp, SMS, email and app chat — in one place, with staff assignment and a status on every conversation. No inquiry falls through the cracks.
Patient identification in conversations
Before sensitive information moves through a chat, the system will verify that the person writing really is the patient — a protection layer most messaging tools simply skip.
Optional AI reception & booking assistant
An assistant that answers inquiries and helps schedule appointments. It will activate only after a full privacy and security sign-off — and even then, each clinic decides for itself whether to enable it. By default it is off.
Two-way WhatsApp conversations
Not just outgoing reminders — full patient conversations over WhatsApp, managed from the clinic's inbox and recorded in the patient's file.
Doctor-in-the-loop consultations
A structured flow where staff route a patient's question to a doctor, the doctor answers — and the reply goes back to the patient, fully documented. No sticky notes, no "remind me later".
Expanded reporting & clinic administration
The core KPIs already exist in the platform — we will expand the reports and admin tools around what pilot clinic managers actually need to see.
App lock & device security hardening
Face ID lock for the patient app and silent automatic rotation of sign-in tokens — so even a phone left unlocked doesn't expose medical information.
A patient-facing access log
"Who viewed my record" — every patient will be able to see which staff members accessed their information and when. Transparency the law is moving toward; we are building it in ahead of time.
Who decides what gets built first?
The pilot clinics. The order on this page is not fixed — it is set in ongoing conversations with the clinics using Levion day to day. When a pilot clinic says "this is what hurts most", it moves up. That is the early-adopter opportunity: get a system built around you, instead of adapting to one built for someone else.
Roadmap FAQ
How can I influence the roadmap?
Join the pilot wave. Pilot clinics work with us directly, and their needs set the development order. Book a demo — and tell us what you're missing today.
When exactly will a given capability arrive?
We don't publish dates — deliberately. A capability ships when it passes our quality and security gates, not before. With medical data, "ready when it's ready" beats a promise that breaks.
Is the AI assistant already active?
No. It is a planned, optional capability: it will only activate after a full privacy and security sign-off, and even then each clinic decides whether to enable it. A clinic that doesn't want it simply leaves it off, and the platform works as usual.
Want to see it up close?
Book a personal demo — we'll walk through your own clinic's scenarios together.
