How does the iCount integration work?
The integration is built in: you configure your clinic's iCount account once, and from that moment invoices are issued from inside Levion — no switching between systems, no double data entry. Credentials are stored server-side only and never reach the browser, so even a compromised front-desk workstation cannot expose them. The infrastructure is built so additional Israeli invoicing providers can be connected in the future.
Prescriptions on your clinic's paper — not a generic template
Clinics work with their own prescription paper — the logo, the details and the format their doctors know. Levion's prescription generator prints exactly onto that paper: fill in the prescription in the system, print directly or save as PDF, and the prescription automatically joins the history in the patient's record. You get a proper printed document and a complete digital trail.

Does Levion issue invoices?

We don't use iCount — what are our options?
Today the live integration is iCount, and the infrastructure is already prepared for connecting additional Israeli invoicing providers. Check with us for the current status of your provider.
Where are our invoicing credentials stored?
Server-side only. They are never stored or loaded in the browser — no workstation in the clinic ever holds them.
How do we issue a prescription?
Fill in the prescription details in the system and print onto your clinic's own prescription paper — or save as PDF. Every prescription is automatically stored in the patient's prescription history.
