The patient app — your clinic in your patient's pocket

Levion's patient app is a dedicated iOS app connected directly to the clinic management system: upcoming appointments, what to bring and how to prepare, aftercare instructions and clinic promotions — all in one place, in the patient's language. Most importantly: pairing happens only with explicit consent, and either side can disconnect at any moment.

What patients get in the app

How does a patient connect to the app?

  1. The clinic issues a code

A staff member issues a one-time 8-character pairing code from the patient's record — only for a patient who asked to connect.

  2. The patient confirms

The patient enters the code and their ID number in the app — and gives explicit consent to the connection.

  3. A secure connection is created

The device receives a secure access token, hashed at rest on the server, with limited validity. Disconnection is possible at any moment — by the patient or by the clinic.

What happens when a patient is treated at several clinics?

A patient treated at several clinics running Levion sees them all in one app — each clinic with its own color identity, so it is always clear which appointment belongs to which clinic. Behind the scenes, what doesn't happen matters just as much: data from different clinics is merged only on the patient's device. On the servers there is no link between clinics — each clinic sees only its own relationship with the patient, and no clinic knows where else the patient is treated.

Who controls the connection?

Both sides. The patient can disconnect from any clinic at any moment inside the app, and the clinic can disconnect from the patient's record. On every disconnect, the authorization is revoked on the server first — and only then wiped from the device. So even a phone that is lost or changes hands keeps no access to the data.

Between visits, patients are on their own — a printed card, a reminder, a memory. Levion Clinic Plus comes with a patient app — connected straight to the clinic. The app notifies them about their next visit — when it is, how to prepare, and what to bring. Asked for paperwork? They upload it from the phone — and it lands in their file at the clinic. And if their other clinics run Levion too — same app, each clinic in its own color. Levion Clinic Plus. Your clinic, in your patient's pocket.

Patient app FAQ

How do patients connect to the app?

Staff issue a one-time pairing code from the patient's record. The patient enters the code, their ID number and a consent confirmation — and gets secure access to appointments, instructions and promotions. Either side can disconnect at any time.

Is there an Android version?

The app is currently available for iPhone (iOS) only. Keep in mind the app is an add-on for patients — all clinic management itself happens in the Levion system in the browser, from any computer.

A patient at several clinics — does the data mix?

No. Each clinic sees only its own relationship with the patient, and data from different clinics is merged only on the patient's device — on the servers there is no link between them.

What happens when a patient disconnects?

The authorization is revoked on the server first, and only then wiped from the device — so access is cut immediately, even if the device is unavailable. The clinic can also disconnect from the patient's record.

Which languages does the app support?

Hebrew (right-to-left, the default), Russian and English — the patient picks the language that suits them.
