Aesthetic clinic software — documentation, consents and returning patients
An aesthetic clinic runs on three things: meticulous documentation of every treatment, informed consent recorded properly — and patients who come back. Levion is a general clinic management system that adapts to aesthetics through patient files, custom fields, treatment types and a patient app — without promising modules that don't exist.

Levion · Clinic calendarHow Levion works in an aesthetic clinic
Organized before/after documentation
Patient files are organized in categories and sub-categories with drag-drop upload — before/after photos, signed forms and documents stored in the record, secured and visible to authorized staff only.
Informed consent — properly recorded
Built-in consent machinery: consents are recorded with version, source and date, and every action lands in an append-only audit trail — exactly what an aesthetic clinic needs to show when it matters.
Promotions in the patient app
Publish a promotion at the clinic — and it appears for connected patients in the trilingual app (Hebrew, Russian, English), alongside their appointments and prep instructions.
Consumables inventory
Add your clinic's own products — fillers and injectables are examples — and manage receiving, usage and counts in a movement ledger, including treatment kits and a supplier catalogue.
Repeat-treatment reminders
A per-patient reminder with date, priority and assignee: invite for a touch-up, check satisfaction, offer a follow-up series — staff see exactly who to call back and when.
Several branches, one picture
Separate calendar, hours and availability per branch — with a unified view for managers, and double-booking prevention enforced in the database.
Treatment documentation — with full transparency
Let's be honest: Levion has no body-diagram module or injection-site marking on an illustration. Documentation is carried by before/after photos in patient files, custom fields (say, product, dose and treatment area, as your clinic defines them) and notes with staff visibility levels. If such a module matters to you — tell us: the roadmap is shaped together with pilot clinics.
Communication that brings patients back — consent only
WhatsApp, SMS and email channels are built in and operate only on documented consent, activated for your clinic during onboarding. Digital intake forms go out before the first visit, and every appointment carries prep and aftercare instructions — which the patient also sees in the app. Payment status per appointment and invoicing through iCount close the financial side.
AI Clinic Assistant for Aesthetic clinics: the Whole Patient History in 2 Seconds
Video transcript
Aesthetic clinics. Does this situation sound familiar to you? Your next patient is ninety seconds away — and their history is in six different places. Five minutes. Ten. Fifteen — scrolling notes, old files, last year's treatment maps — and you still walk in not sure you haven't missed something. Meanwhile, the patients who never came back are quietly leaving treatment on the table. Levion Clinic Plus. One system that knows every patient the way you'd want to. Ask it: give me an overview of this patient's treatment history — and point out anything I should know. Two seconds later: the latest documents, the conditions on file — a hepatitis B carrier flag, right at the top — and every past treatment, lined up against today's visit. Three things change on day one. One — your clinic's own assistant reads the entire case and hands you what matters. Export it... or delete it for good. Nothing lingers. Two — let the system listen during the consultation or the treatment, and it writes the summary for you. No more "what did we agree on?" Three — reminders that follow through. For your team — and for the patient, in their own app. Fifteen minutes of prep becomes two. Five minutes of write-up becomes one. Ten patients a day — that's close to three hours back. Every day. Fourteen hours a week. Sixty a month. Seven hundred hours a year — returned to you. And when patients have questions, your AI digital clinic assistant answers them — in the app, or on WhatsApp — and routes the rest to your team, organized. Levion Clinic Plus launches soon. Leave your clinic's details at levion.tech — and your first thirty days are free. One system. Everything a clinic needs.

Clinic managers on Levion
What changes when documentation, calendar and communication live in one place
Every treatment is documented with before-and-after photos and a signed consent — I walk into every follow-up certain nothing is missing.
Clients feel the standard: a reminder on time, prep instructions before, aftercare tips after. It signals premium before the treatment even starts.
One system instead of three. The team stopped juggling a spreadsheet, a calendar and WhatsApp — everything just flows.
Questions aesthetic clinics ask
Is there a body diagram or injection-site marking?
No. There is no body-diagram module today; documentation is done with before/after photos in patient files, custom fields and notes in the record. If this is critical for you — tell us: our roadmap is shaped together with pilot clinics.
How do we manage before/after photos?
Drag-drop them into the patient record and organize them in categories and sub-categories your clinic defines — by treatment type or date, for example. Files sit in secure storage, visible to authorized staff only, and every view and action is recorded in the audit trail.
How do promotions in the app work?
The clinic publishes a promotion in the system, and it appears for patients who connected their app to the clinic — with their explicit consent. The patient sees promotions alongside their appointments and instructions, in the language they chose.
How much does it cost?
₪199/month, or ₪159/month on the annual plan (before VAT) — including up to 3 users, 500GB of storage, 500 WhatsApp and 500 SMS messages per month, every system capability and the patient app. Join by the end of September 2026 and the price is locked for the life of your subscription.
