Practice software for therapists: an organized clinic, built-in confidentiality

Everything in the therapy room rests on trust — so software for therapists must, above all, know how to keep quiet. In Levion, privacy is not a setting you switch on but part of the structure: notes with visibility levels, data isolation enforced in the database, and an audit trail that cannot be erased. And yes — even we, the platform operators, are structurally blocked from reading patient records.

What a therapist gets in Levion

Visibility levels: your notes stay yours

A therapy practice holds two layers of information: what the clinic needs to operate (scheduling, payments, contact details) — and what is written inside the room. In Levion that separation is built in: a sensitive note gets a high visibility level and stays out of sight of anyone not meant to see it, even when a secretary or administrator works in the very same record. You can work with a team — without giving up therapeutic confidentiality.

Designed around Israel's Privacy Law Amendment 13

A therapy database is a high-sensitivity database — and Levion was designed from the ground up around Amendment 13: an append-only audit log that can never be altered, patients who are archived and never accidentally deleted, data isolation enforced in the database, and platform operators structurally blocked from medical data. These are not add-ons — they are the system's skeleton.

AI Clinic Assistant for Psychologists and therapists: the Whole Patient History in 2 Seconds

1:41 inside the system: ask the AI assistant — and two seconds later the whole patient history is in front of you
Video transcript

Psychologists and therapists. Does this situation sound familiar to you? Your next patient is ninety seconds away — and their history is in six different places. Five minutes. Ten. Fifteen — scrolling notes, old files, last year's questionnaires — and you still walk in not sure you haven't missed something. Meanwhile, the patients who never came back are quietly leaving treatment on the table. Levion Clinic Plus. One system that knows every patient the way you'd want to. Ask it: give me an overview of this patient's treatment history — and point out anything I should know. Two seconds later: the latest documents, the conditions on file — a hepatitis B carrier flag, right at the top — and every past treatment, lined up against today's visit. Three things change on day one. One — your clinic's own assistant reads the entire case and hands you what matters. Export it... or delete it for good. Nothing lingers. Two — let the system listen during the consultation or the treatment, and it writes the summary for you. No more "what did we agree on?" Three — reminders that follow through. For your team — and for the patient, in their own app. Fifteen minutes of prep becomes two. Five minutes of write-up becomes one. Ten patients a day — that's close to three hours back. Every day. Fourteen hours a week. Sixty a month. Seven hundred hours a year — returned to you. And when patients have questions, your AI digital clinic assistant answers them — in the app, or on WhatsApp — and routes the rest to your team, organized. Levion Clinic Plus launches soon. Leave your clinic's details at levion.tech — and your first thirty days are free. One system. Everything a clinic needs.

Therapists on working with Levion

What changes when the calendar and records are as quiet and protected as the therapy room

Questions therapists ask

Isn't the system too big for a solo practitioner?

Honestly: Levion covers the full clinic spectrum, from a solo practice to a multi-branch clinic — but it never forces you to use all of it. A solo therapist works with the calendar, records, notes and payments, and the rest simply waits until the day you need it. The price (below) includes everything up front.

Who can read my clinical notes?

Only people whose permission matches the visibility level you set on the note. Administrative staff see what they need for operations, sensitive notes stay protected — and Levion's platform administrators are structurally blocked from patient records altogether.

What does a patient see in an SMS or WhatsApp reminder?

Exactly what your clinic configured — messages follow templates you write and approve in advance, and go only to patients with documented consent. No automatic wording ever goes out in your name.

How much does it cost for a solo practice?

The same as for everyone: 199 ₪ per month, or 159 ₪ per month on an annual plan (prices before VAT). The plan includes up to 3 users, 500GB of storage and 500 WhatsApp + 500 SMS messages per month. The price is locked for practices joining by the end of September 2026.
