Speech therapy software — the child in the record, the parent in the loop, the series under control
In speech therapy the patient is usually a child — but the one who books, approves and practices at home is the parent. Treatment series are long, the waiting list never ends, and every session needs documentation. Levion is a general clinic management system that adapts to this work through treatment types, custom fields and intake questionnaires — without forcing a new workflow on you.

Levion · Clinic calendarHow Levion fits a speech therapy clinic's day
The patient is a child, the contact is the parent
The record is opened for the child, and communication runs with the parent: messages via email, SMS and WhatsApp go out only on the documented consent of the parent or guardian — and every message is kept on the record.
A long series, one record
After every session, progress notes are saved in the record — what we worked on, what improved, what continues next time. Even after dozens of sessions, the whole series reads clearly from day one to today.
Parents as practice partners
Attach preparation and home-practice instructions to any session — and the parent sees them in the trilingual patient app, next to the appointment details. The practice no longer gets lost with a printed page.
A managed waiting list
New enquiries are recorded as leads in the system: who called, when and what the need is. When a slot opens, you turn the lead into a patient record and book the session — and no family is forgotten on the list.
Several therapists in parallel
A separate calendar per therapist, smart availability search by treatment type and therapist — and the database physically blocks two overlapping appointments, even in the busy afternoon hours.
Assessments and documents in order
Assessment reports, referrals and summaries for the educational setting are stored as files in the record, in organized categories with drag-drop upload — everything is there when you need it.
A patient record that adapts to speech therapy
Levion has no separate "speech therapy module" — it has a flexible patient record you assemble to fit: an intake questionnaire the parent fills in before the first session, custom fields the clinic defines (age, educational setting or referring party are examples), progress notes with staff visibility levels, and categorized assessment files. Every action lands in an append-only audit trail, in line with Israel's Amendment 13.
Communication with parents — consent first
Email, SMS and WhatsApp channels are built in and operate on documented consent — when the patient is a child, the consent is given by the parent or guardian — activated for your clinic during onboarding. A reminder before a session, practice instructions after it or an update about a change — everything is sent from the record and stays documented in it.

Speech therapists on working with Levion
What changes in a clinic when the series, the parents and the documentation live in one place
Every child's series is documented session by session, and parents get the practice instructions straight in the app. I'm done chasing paper.
Parents tell me they finally feel like partners: they know when the session is, what to bring and what to practice at home.
The system simply brings order. Three therapists, a calendar with no clashes — and the morning starts calm.
Questions speech therapists ask
Is the system built specifically for speech therapists?
Levion is a general clinic management system that adapts to speech therapy through treatment types you define, custom fields and intake questionnaires — no specialty modules, and no paying for modules you would never use.
How does it work when the patient is a child?
The record is kept in the child's name, and all communication — reminders, practice instructions and pairing with the patient app — happens with the parent or guardian, on their documented consent. The clinical documentation belongs to the child, while the ongoing contact runs with the person who actually books, approves and practices.
We have a long waiting list — how do we manage it?
Every new enquiry is recorded as a lead with contact details and the need, and you can open internal staff reminders with a priority and an assignee — call the family back, update them when a slot opens. When a calendar window frees up, you turn the lead into a patient record and book the first session.
How much does it cost?
₪199/month, or ₪159/month on the annual plan (before VAT) — including up to 3 users, 500GB of storage, 500 WhatsApp and 500 SMS messages per month, every system capability and the patient app. Join by the end of September 2026 and the price is locked for the life of your subscription.
