Orthopedic clinic software — calendar, documents and follow-ups in one system
An orthopedic clinic runs several kinds of visits side by side: first consults, injections, pre- and post-op check-ups — each a different length. Patients arrive with X-rays, MRI reports and referral letters, and recovery means weeks of follow-up and rehab. Levion is a general clinic management system that adapts to orthopedic work through treatment types, custom fields and intake forms — without forcing a new workflow on you.

Levion · Clinic calendarHow Levion fits an orthopedic clinic's day
Consult, injection, follow-up — each its own slot
The clinic defines its own treatment types — first consult, injection or post-op check-up are just examples — each with its own duration, price and calendar color. The database physically blocks two overlapping appointments even when the front desk is slammed, and smart availability search finds a free slot by treatment type and doctor.
The imaging the patient brings — organized in the record
Categorized patient files with drag-drop upload: X-ray and MRI reports, referral letters and surgery summaries the patient brings along are uploaded and sorted into categories the clinic defines — available in the record at every visit, with no digging through paper.
Post-op follow-up that doesn't get forgotten
Per-patient reminders with priority, assignee and done-status — inviting for the post-op check or confirming an updated imaging report arrived are examples of tasks the clinic defines. No patient falls through the cracks on the way to recovery.
Prescriptions from inside the system
A built-in prescription generator produces the prescription straight from the patient record — no pads, no external documents — and the prescription is stored in the record as part of the documentation.
Rehab and sports-medicine coordination
Attach prep instructions and rehab-period guidance to any appointment — and the patient sees them in the clinic's trilingual patient app too, in Hebrew, English or Russian. Return to activity follows the plan, not memory.
Custom fields for orthopedic work
The clinic defines custom fields in the record — affected limb or injury mechanism are just examples — so the information that matters to you sits exactly where you look for it.
A patient record that adapts to orthopedic work
Levion has no separate "orthopedic module" — it has a flexible patient record you assemble to fit: a medical-history intake questionnaire, custom fields the clinic defines (affected limb, injury mechanism or previous surgeries are just examples), notes with staff visibility levels, and categorized patient files with drag-drop upload — imaging reports, referral letters and signed forms stored in order, in one place. Every action lands in an append-only audit trail, in line with Israel's Amendment 13.
Patient communication — consent first
Email, SMS and WhatsApp channels are built in and operate on documented patient consent, activated for your clinic during onboarding. Digital intake forms go out before the first visit, so the patient arrives with their medical background already in the record.

Doctors on working with Levion
What changes in an orthopedic clinic when the calendar, documents and follow-ups live in one place
Every post-op patient is logged as a reminder with a date and an assignee. I don't rely on anyone's memory — and I don't have to: the system holds the follow-up for me.
Patients get their prep and rehab instructions straight in the app, in their own language. They arrive prepared, knowing what they may and may not do — and to them it feels like a clinic of a different league.
It simply works. The team picked it up in a few days, and every document is where you expect it to be.
Questions orthopedic clinics ask
Is there a dedicated orthopedic module or a connection to imaging devices?
No. Levion has no orthopedic module and no connection to imaging devices or PACS systems; it is a general clinic management system that adapts to orthopedic work through treatment types you define, custom fields and intake forms, and the imaging reports patients bring are stored as organized files in the record. If such a capability is critical for you — tell us: our roadmap is shaped together with pilot clinics.
How do we follow a patient after surgery?
By combining existing capabilities: define a "post-op check-up" visit type with its own duration and price, set a per-patient reminder for every follow-up point — the check-up, a repeat imaging review or a follow-up call — and attach rehab-period instructions to the appointment, which the patient also sees in the app. Every stage of recovery is documented, scheduled and in the record.
How do we run a series of injections?
Define "injection" as a treatment type with its own duration, price and calendar color, and each appointment in the series carries its own payment status — you always see where the patient is in the series, what is settled and what is open, with invoicing through the iCount integration.
How much does it cost?
₪199/month, or ₪159/month on the annual plan (before VAT) — including up to 3 users, 500GB of storage, 500 WhatsApp and 500 SMS messages per month, every system capability and the patient app. Join by the end of September 2026 and the price is locked for the life of your subscription.
