Gynecology clinic software — structural privacy, calendar and records in one system

In a women's health clinic there is no "mildly sensitive" data — almost every line in the record is among the most personal information a patient ever shares. That is why in Levion privacy is architecture, not a promise: data isolation enforced in the database itself, notes with staff visibility levels, and an audit trail that cannot be erased. Around that sits a full general clinic management system: a calendar without double-booking, records, payments and prescriptions in one place.

How Levion fits a women's health clinic's day

Privacy as architecture — not a clause in a contract

In Levion, isolation between clinics is enforced with Row Level Security at the database level — so even a bug in application code cannot expose one clinic's record to another, and even the platform's own administrators are structurally blocked from reading medical data. Patients are archived, never deleted; every action lands in an append-only audit trail; and the system is designed around the principles of Israel's Amendment 13, GDPR and HIPAA. In a clinic where discretion is the foundation of trust, that is a difference patients feel.

Patient communication — consent first

Email, SMS and WhatsApp channels are built in and operate on documented patient consent, activated for your clinic during onboarding. Digital intake forms go out before the first visit — with questions the clinic defines — so the patient fills them in calmly at home, and the conversation in the room starts from the right place.

What changes in a women's health clinic when privacy is built into the system — not dependent on promises

  • Every pending work-up and every recall is logged as a reminder with an assignee and a done-status. I know for certain that no follow-up slips — which is exactly what a patient expects from her doctor.

  • Patients feel the discretion: a questionnaire filled in at home before the visit, contact only through the channel they approved, and every sensitive document stored in the record — not in email. That builds trust.

  • The system is simply orderly. The team learned it quickly, and my head is with my patients — not with admin.

Questions women's health clinics ask

Is there a dedicated gynecology module?

No. Levion is a general clinic management system that adapts to a women's health clinic through treatment types you define, custom fields and intake forms — no specialty modules, and no paying for modules you would never use. If a dedicated capability is critical for you — tell us: our roadmap is shaped together with pilot clinics.

What does onboarding a new patient look like?

A digital intake form goes out before the first visit, and the patient fills it in calmly at home; her communication consent is documented in the record, documents she brings are filed into categories in the patient files — and when she walks into the room, the background is already laid out in front of you.

Who can access the medical data — and can Levion itself read it?

Inside the clinic, sensitive notes are limited by staff visibility levels and every action is recorded in the audit trail. Outside the clinic — no one: isolation is enforced with Row Level Security at the database level, so even Levion's platform administrators are structurally blocked from reading medical data.

How much does it cost?

₪199/month, or ₪159/month on the annual plan (before VAT) — including up to 3 users, 500GB of storage, 500 WhatsApp and 500 SMS messages per month, every system capability and the patient app. Join by the end of September 2026 and the price is locked for the life of your subscription.
