Database-level data isolation
Separation between clinics is enforced with Row Level Security in the database itself — not in application code. Even Levion's platform administrators are structurally blocked from reading medical data: that is not a policy, it is the architecture.
Notes with staff visibility levels
Not everything written in a record should be visible to the whole team. Notes in the patient record carry visibility levels — so sensitive information stays with the eyes that need it, and everyone else sees only what their work requires.
An audit trail that cannot be erased
Every action in the system lands in an append-only audit log — no edits, no deletions. When a patient asks "who touched my record?", there is a complete answer, in line with Israel's Amendment 13.
Discreet contact — consent first
Email, SMS and WhatsApp operate on documented consent and only through the channel the patient approved, with the wording under the clinic's control. Alongside that: internal per-patient reminders for the team, so no pending work-up is forgotten.
Sensitive documents, kept in order
Categorized patient files with drag-drop upload: test results the patient brings, referral letters and signed forms are just examples — everything stored in the secure record, not in an inbox or on the front-desk computer.
Prescriptions from inside the system
A built-in prescription generator produces the prescription straight from the patient record, and it is stored in the record as part of the documentation — no external documents.
Privacy as architecture — not a clause in a contract
In Levion, isolation between clinics is enforced with Row Level Security at the database level — so even a bug in application code cannot expose one clinic's record to another, and even the platform's own administrators are structurally blocked from reading medical data. Patients are archived, never deleted; every action lands in an append-only audit trail; and the system is designed around the principles of Israel's Amendment 13, GDPR and HIPAA. In a clinic where discretion is the foundation of trust, that is a difference patients feel.
