ENT clinic software — exams, procedures and follow-ups in one system

An ENT clinic mixes everything into one day: a ten-minute exam next to a long procedure, a child with an ear infection after an adult with a hearing problem, and patients who bring hearing tests and referral letters from outside. Levion is a general clinic management system that adapts to this work through treatment types, custom fields and intake questionnaires — without forcing a new workflow on you.

How Levion fits an ENT clinic's day

A patient record that adapts to ENT work

Levion has no separate "ENT module" — it has a flexible patient record you assemble to fit: a medical-history intake questionnaire, custom fields the clinic defines (medication sensitivities, referring party or latest finding are examples), notes with staff visibility levels, and categorized patient files — hearing tests, referrals and summary letters stored in order, in one place. Every action lands in an append-only audit trail, in line with Israel's Amendment 13.

Patient communication — consent first

Email, SMS and WhatsApp channels are built in and operate on documented patient consent — when the patient is a child, the consent is given by the parent or guardian. The channels are activated for your clinic during onboarding, and every message sent stays documented on the record.

What changes in a clinic when the calendar, records and follow-ups live in one place

  • Every recall visit lives in the system with an assignee and a done-status — a patient after a procedure no longer depends on anyone's memory.

  • Parents tell me they feel the order: a questionnaire before the first visit, tidy messages — they know exactly what to bring to their child's exam.

  • It simply works. The team picked it up in a few days, and mornings at the clinic start much calmer.

Questions ENT clinics ask

Is the system built specifically for ENT physicians?

Levion is a general clinic management system that adapts to an ENT clinic through treatment types you define, custom fields and intake questionnaires — no specialty modules, and no paying for modules you would never use.

How does the calendar handle short exams alongside long procedures?

Each treatment type gets its own duration, price and calendar color, and smart availability search finds a free slot by treatment type, doctor and branch. The database physically blocks two overlapping appointments — even when the front desk is slammed and two secretaries book at once.

How does it work when the patient is a child?

The record is kept in the child's name, and all communication — the intake questionnaire, reminders and messages — happens with the parent or guardian, on their documented consent. The clinical documentation belongs to the child, while the ongoing contact runs with the person who actually books and approves.

How much does it cost?

₪199/month, or ₪159/month on the annual plan (before VAT) — including up to 3 users, 500GB of storage, 500 WhatsApp and 500 SMS messages per month, every system capability and the patient app. Join by the end of September 2026 and the price is locked for the life of your subscription.
