Clinic management software in Israel — an honest comparison

Israel has several solid clinic-management systems, and there is no single "winner": the right one depends on your clinic type — a solo practitioner, a dental clinic, a multi-doctor center or a broader service business. Here are the main players in the market, described by what each vendor says about itself, as of August 2026 — so you can build a shortlist and walk into demos with the right questions.

How we compared

This comparison is based solely on the vendors' own public materials — their websites and product pages — as of August 2026. Full disclosure: we are Levion, a vendor in this market. That is exactly why we chose to stick to facts: each system is described by what it says it does best, with no scores and no rankings. Prices are not listed — most are not published — and before any decision you should verify every detail with the vendor directly.

The leading systems in Israel

Arbox

An Israeli business-management platform for service-based businesses — fitness studios, clinics, beauty salons and educational centers. It offers a calendar with online self-booking, a CRM for clients and leads, payment processing and recurring billing, marketing tools and automations — plus a dedicated client app for iOS and Android. A fit for those running a broader service business, not necessarily a classic medical clinic.

Clinicloud

A boutique cloud system that positions itself as a "clinic in the cloud" — smart, intuitive and easy to use. It mainly addresses independent practitioners: psychologists, physiotherapists, dietitians, Chinese-medicine practitioners and private physicians. It includes patient and treatment tracking, a calendar, SMS reminders, documents and forms, payment management and even a built-in business website — with no limit on patient volume.

Doctor-Clinix

A cloud system that positions itself as a one-stop shop for running a medical business — from a single practitioner to large medical centers. It offers modules tailored to more than 20 specialties (dentistry, plastic surgery, physiotherapy, psychology and more), an advanced calendar, patient records, a CRM for leads and marketing, invoicing, digital forms, digital signatures and Google Calendar sync.

Levion

Our own system — a clinic CRM built Hebrew-first and around the requirements of Amendment 13: clinic-to-clinic data isolation enforced in the database itself, an append-only audit log, and a calendar that blocks double-booking at the database level. It is joined by a trilingual patient iOS app (Hebrew, Russian, English). Worth knowing: Levion is currently in its first pilot wave — a young system next to the veterans on this list.

Medform

Positions itself as "clinic-management software that manages itself", with a focus on dental, aesthetic and general-medicine practices. Highlights include an AI agent named Jett for clinical documentation and communication, 24/7 self-booking, WhatsApp/SMS/email automations, digital forms with e-signatures, tax-authority-approved billing and interactive dental charts.

Odoro

Specializes in appointment scheduling for doctors and clinics: "an appointment scheduling system for patients that cares for the doctor". At its core is SchedLogic technology that enforces all of a clinic's scheduling rules, with multiple booking channels — online, an automated phone system (IVR) and human operators — work with Israel's health funds, SMS reminders and EMR integration. A fit when scheduling itself is your main pain point.

Tipulog

Positions itself as "Israel's leading cloud software for clinic management" — easy to learn and simple to implement. It addresses therapists, doctors and treatment centers, and includes a visual multi-calendar diary, digital patient files, SMS reminders with arrival confirmation, invoicing and payments, customizable forms and reports. It cites an ISO-27799 certification for medical data security and registration with the Israeli tax authority.

How to choose from this list

Start from your clinic, not from the systems: a solo practitioner needs different things than a multi-branch center, and a dental clinic differs from a physiotherapy institute. Define 3–4 critical needs (a collision-free calendar? messaging automations? security and Amendment 13? a patient app?), use the table to narrow down to a shortlist of 2–3 systems, and ask each for a demo on your real scenarios. We wrote a full buyer's guide to choosing clinic software — with questions for every vendor, red flags and a printable criteria table — and it is the natural next step after this page.

Disclosure and disclaimer: this comparison is based on public information published by the vendors on their own websites, as of August 2026. Capabilities and terms change, and the list is not exhaustive — other systems exist in the market. Verify every detail directly with each vendor before deciding. Levion is our product, and it appears here under exactly the same rules as everyone else.

FAQ on comparing clinic software

What is the best clinic-management software?

There is no universal "best". A solo practitioner, a dental clinic and a multi-doctor center need different things: some systems excel at scheduling, others at automations or specialty-specific workflows. The right approach is to define your clinic's critical needs and test 2–3 systems against them in a demo.

How is Levion different from the other systems?

Levion was built Hebrew-first and around the requirements of Israel's Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law: data isolation between clinics and calendar double-booking prevention are enforced in the database itself, the audit log is append-only, and patients get an iOS app in Hebrew, Russian and English. Worth knowing: we are in our first pilot wave.

Is the information in this comparison up to date?

The comparison reflects the vendors' public materials as of August 2026. Products change constantly — capabilities, pricing and terms may be updated — so verify every material detail directly with the vendor before signing.
