Not charged by Levion
WhatsApp messaging: your clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business account and pays Meta directly for messages. Levion provides only the technical connection.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
- Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically at the end of each period.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service. One-time services are non-refundable.
- A price set in a signed quote stays locked while the subscription remains continuously active.
